Recycling Process

The sorted nylon waste undergoes a recycling process that breaks it down and reforms it into high-quality nylon polymer — restoring its performance and purity.

Resin Formation

The first quality recycled polymer is formed into REPREVE Nylon, enhanced with our proprietary FiberPrint® tracer.

Fiber Spinning

The resin is melted and spun into REPREVE Nylon fiber and yarn — ready to be used in apparel, swimwear, carpet, home furnishings, and more.
